More than forty million Americans have been diagnosed with various degrees of food intolerance. Many individual products (soy derivatives, gluten free flours, etc.) are marketed to address the dietary concerns of these consumers. The consumer/patient is left confused as to how to blend this new diet into an already busy lifestyle.

The Santé television show is designed to educate, entertain and provide a forum for consumers that are suffering from food sensitivities and allergies. The show will feature several formats; from talk show with specialists in the field, to location shopping for food items to actual preparation of allergen free, gluten free, dairy free healthy recipes in the Santé kitchens with the "Allergy Chef".
